He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at United Bank. He joined United Bank in October 2005 and served as the Vice President, Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender. Prior to United Bank, Mr. Kucia served as Vice President, Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender at Liberty Bank located in Middletown, Connecticut. He worked at Mechanics Bank in Hartford, Connecticut and BayBank in Springfield, Massachusetts, in a variety of roles covering all aspects of commercial banking. Mr. Kucia's career began at the New York City offices of National Westminster Bank, PLC, on a corporate lending team.
