I was "laid off" on the onset of the pandemic. This was really just a way for poor managers to get rid of the employees that challenged them in my opinion.

They need to be more conscious of the toxic leaders they have working for them and take action. Instead they seem to reward these people.

The team would be better if everyone had an opportunity to discuss concerns and potential solutions. Our leader micromanages so much and doesn't leave room in her meetings for additional discussions/concerns from the team.

I see the organization hiring a lot of people from outside the company and giving them big titles. I have been here for years with a minimal raise since I've started. Annual raises should at least be made to account for inflation.
