What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direction and compassion for their team members
They lead by example and not by directions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more conscious of the toxic leaders they have working for them and take action. Instead they seem to reward these people.
CFO has had all her employees quit on her several times. She is rude and belittles employees while at the same time tolerating her incompetent operation leadership. CPO is a bully. CEO is weak and non-effective, keeps hiring friends from his former company.
They are out of touch with their employees. CEO thinks he is better then everyone else, doesn't value employees r respect them. CFO is rude to employees and is discriminating in her hiring practices.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good base salary and commission opportunities
PTO isn't earned, it's given
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see the organization hiring a lot of people from outside the company and giving them big titles. I have been here for years with a minimal raise since I've started. Annual raises should at least be made to account for inflation.
They steal from salespeople. Constantly changing comp plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The general vibe and overall commitment to the team
Even though we are working from home I still feel connected
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team would be better if everyone had an opportunity to discuss concerns and potential solutions. Our leader micromanages so much and doesn't leave room in her meetings for additional discussions/concerns from the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and diversity of our team members
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the toxic leaders! They know who they are.
CEO, CPO and CFO should leave.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The consistent follow up and communication
It was easy to get a job with them.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes forever to get hired
Lack of respect. To many interviews, dumb questions
What makes you most happy at work?
The team members and our culture
I like being able to feel like I made a difference
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Products are terrible. Not sure this can be fixed.
Dated products. Company s owned by a small equity firm. Focus is only on profits and not the clients we serve.
