They lead by example and not by directions
They need to be more conscious of the toxic leaders they have working for them and take action. Instead they seem to reward these people.
CFO has had all her employees quit on her several times. She is rude and belittles employees while at the same time tolerating her incompetent operation leadership. CPO is a bully. CEO is weak and non-effective, keeps hiring friends from his former company.
They are out of touch with their employees. CEO thinks he is better then everyone else, doesn't value employees r respect them. CFO is rude to employees and is discriminating in her hiring practices.
