Mr. Travis D. Stice serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Viper Energy Partners LLC and Diamondback E&P LLC. Mr. Stice served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Diamondback Energy, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2012. Mr. Stice served as a Vice President of Midland for Laredo Petroleum, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2010. From April 2006 to August 2008, He has been a Director of Diamondback Energy, Inc. since November 2012. He has been a Director of Viper Energy Partners GP LLC since February 2014. Mr. Stice served as a Development Manager of Conoco Phillips/Burlington Resources Mid-Continent Business Unit, an oil and gas exploration company. He served at Burlington Resources from 1990 to 2006, in various positions of increasing responsibility, including his last assignment as General Manager of Engineering & Operations in Midland. He has 23 years of experience across a wide range of operational roles in the oil and gas industry. He is a Registered Engineer in the State of Texas and is a 25-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Stice holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Steven E. West, also known as Steve, is Chief Financial Officer of Wexford Capital LP. Mr. West joined Wexford in 2006 and became a Partner in 2011. Prior to that, he worked at First Nationwide Bank, Lehman Brothers and Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., the predecessor of KPMG LLP. Mr. West holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
