Mr. Travis D. Stice serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Viper Energy Partners LLC and Diamondback E&P LLC. Mr. Stice has been the Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback Energy, Inc. and Windsor Permian LLC since January 01, 2012 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer since April 2011 until January 2012. Mr. Stice has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Viper Energy Partners GP LLC since February 2014. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Windsor Energy, Inc. since April 2011. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Windsor Permian LLC and Diamondback Energy, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2012. From November 2010 to April 2011, Mr. Stice served as a Production Manager of Apache Corporation. Mr. Stice served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Diamondback Energy, Inc. from April 2011 to January 2012. Mr. Stice served as a Vice President of Midland for Laredo Petroleum, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2010. From April 2006 to August 2008, He has been a Director of Diamondback Energy, Inc. since November 2012. He has been a Director of Viper Energy Partners GP LLC since February 2014. Mr. Stice served as a Development Manager of Conoco Phillips/Burlington Resources Mid-Continent Business Unit, an oil and gas exploration company. He served at Burlington Resources from 1990 to 2006, in various positions of increasing responsibility, including his last assignment as General Manager of Engineering & Operations in Midland. He has 23 years of experience across a wide range of operational roles in the oil and gas industry. He is a Registered Engineer in the State of Texas and is a 25-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Stice holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Steven E. West, also known as Steve, is Chief Financial Officer of Wexford Capital LP. Mr. West joined Wexford in 2006 and became a Partner in 2011. Mr. West focuses on Wexford's private equity energy investments. Mr. West has served as an Executive Chairman of Viper Energy Partners LP since February 2014. Mr. West has also served as a Director of Diamondback Energy, Inc. (???Diamondback???) since December 2011 and as its Chairman of the Board since October 2012. He served as Diamondback's Chief Executive Officer from January 2009 to December 2011. From January 2011 until December 2016, Mr. West was a partner at Wexford Capital LP, focusing on Wexford's private equity energy investments. From August 2006 until December 2010, Mr. West served as senior portfolio advisor at Wexford. From August 2003 until August 2006, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Sunterra Corporation, a former Wexford portfolio company. From December 1993 until July 2003, Mr. West held senior financial positions at Coast Asset Management and IndyMac Bank. Prior to that, he worked at First Nationwide Bank, Lehman Brothers and Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., the predecessor of KPMG LLP. Mr. West holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
