He Founded MobileVoiceControl, Inc. and served as its President. He served as Chief Financial Officer of AMP Holding, Inc. from December 28, 2009 to 2011. Mr. Burns founded several companies, recently iTookThisOnMyPhone.com, AskMeNow, PocketScript, LLC, Over The Line/AdLink and the design and development of Suspension Parameter Measurement Machines. He has been a Director of Workhorse Group Inc. ( aka AMP Holding, Inc.) since December 2009.

Mr. Wires was responsible for setting the automation direction on projects as large as one billion dollars across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, He was instrumental in applying servo technology to high speed converting processes. He served at Procter and Gamble for 35 years. He is a Co-Author of several patents on machine automation and safety systems. He is the first Engineering Technology Distinguished Alumni Graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science.
