Mr. Stephen S. Burns, also known as Steve, Co-Founded Workhorse Group Inc.(also known as AMP Holding, Inc.) and has been its Secretary, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer since December 28, 2009. Mr. Burns Co-founded AMP Electric Vehicles, Inc., 2007 and has been its President since December 2010 and Chief Executive Officer since August 31, 2012. He Founded MobileVoiceControl, Inc. and served as its President. He served as Chief Financial Officer of AMP Holding, Inc. from December 28, 2009 to 2011. Mr. Burns founded several companies, recently iTookThisOnMyPhone.com, AskMeNow, PocketScript, LLC, Over The Line/AdLink and the design and development of Suspension Parameter Measurement Machines. He has been a Director of Workhorse Group Inc. ( aka AMP Holding, Inc.) since December 2009.

Mr. Duane Hughes has been the President of Workhorse Commercial Trucks at Workhorse Group Inc. since September 6, 2015. Mr. Hughes is a senior-level executive with more than 20 years experience including direct business relationships in the automotive, advertising and technology segments. Prior to joining Workhorse/Workhorse Electric Vehicles, Mr. Hughes served as the Chief Operating Officer for Cumulus Interactive Technologies Group. He was responsible managing the Cumulus Interactive Technologies's day-to-day sales and operations. Prior to joining CumulusITG, he spent nearly fifteen years in senior management positions with Gannett Co., Inc., including his duties as a Vice President of Sales and Operations for Gannett Media Technologies International.

Mr. Paul Gaitan has been Chief Financial Officer of Workhorse Group Inc. since August 09, 2017. Mr. Gaitan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Crown Health Care Laundry Services in Pensacola, Florida, where he helped set strategic vision and drove excellence in accounting operations and financial reporting for an organization of 800 employees. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer, corporate controller and controller for ClarkDietrich Building Systems and in various controller roles at Axion Automotive Technologies, Endar Corporation, Dentsply International, Avery Dennison and Cummins Engine Company. Mr. Gaitan earned his BS degree in business from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Stanford University with a concentration in production control systems.

Mr. Don Wires serves as Director of Engineering at AMP Electric Vehicles, Inc. Mr. Wires serves as Chief Engineer at Workhorse Group Inc. and served as its Director of Engineering. He served as Director of Vehicle Engineering at AMP Holding, Inc until March 1, 2012. He served as Executive Officer at AMP Holding, Inc. Mr. Wires joined Amp Electric Vehicles. He served as the first Technology Associated Director for Power, Control, & Information Systems at P&G. Mr. Wires focused on advanced manufacturing processes across most of the companies brands, with particular emphasis on high speed converting machine processes. Mr. Wires was responsible for the machine control direction for converting operations on a global basis. He is an Early Leader in developing a mechatronics approach to complex machine design at P&G. Mr. Wires was responsible for setting the automation direction on projects as large as one billion dollars across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, He was instrumental in applying servo technology to high speed converting processes. He served at Procter and Gamble for 35 years. He is a Co-Author of several patents on machine automation and safety systems. He is the first Engineering Technology Distinguished Alumni Graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Mr. Julio C. Rodriguez has been Chief Information Officer of Workhorse Group Inc. (also known as AMP Holding, Inc), since August 9, 2017. Mr. Rodriguez served as the Chief Financial Officer of Workhorse Group Inc. from August 7, 2013 to August 9, 2017. Mr. Rodriguez serves as a Finance Executive with over 30 years experience in financial and operational leadership roles within various industries including the automotive industry. From 1999 to 2013, Mr. Rodriguez served in various executive roles for Genuine Auto Parts Company (GPC) and its subsidiaries. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Rodriguez served as Director of Process Improvement for GPC, whereby Mr. Rodriguez organized, coordinated, executed control process improvement and cost savings projects for all company divisions. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2008, Mr. Rodriguez served as Vice President of Finance & Corporate Secretary for Johnson Industries, a subsidiary of GPC. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Catholic University Caracas Venezuela.

Angela Strand serves as the Vice President of Workhorse Group Inc.. Angela started at Workhorse Group Inc. in April of 2017. Angela currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.

John LaFleur serves as the Vice President of Vehicle Programs of Workhorse Group Inc.. John started at Workhorse Group Inc. in September of 2016. John currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio Area.

Kevin Vincent serves as the Vice President for Government, Regulatory and Safety Affairs of Workhorse Group Inc.. Kevin started at Workhorse Group Inc. in January of 2018. Kevin currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.
