Charming, intelligent, and committed, but like everyone else, with bigger eyes (and commitments) than available funding allows us to really deliver on our urgent commitments with adequate staff.

Horrible. This is where WRI has a severe challenge -- everyone is so committed, and the problems on which we work are so urgent -- that work is never done and funding is never sufficient to have adequate staffing.
