What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of urgent, important work that is being done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to become more transparent.
More realistic about what can be done, work-life balance needs to be acknowleged

Get to meet lots of people, but I think it often does not let candidates shine.

Burnout. Mixed messages about our purpose -- great research or deep engagement outside -- with little to no acknowledgement of the tradeoffs
