They make a very good effort with attaining to the industry standard of the region you are located in, even if you relocate, they will adjust your package fairly.

Your personality and values matter a lot, so they look for authenticity and are genuinely interested on who you are as a person, you get to speak team members from different levels within the organization, even the CEO, which is always good.

Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?

Clear distinctions on what each team is supposed/expected to do, not add one department's responsibilities to another departments list of things to do because it just somehow needs to be done. Better training and training milestones, have a team dedicated on training new people.

Was müssen Ihre Mitarbeiter verbessern und wie könnten Sie besser zusammenarbeiten?

WSO2 claims to be very "team oriented" and that we are ONE team, we are all "friends". That is true in some aspects (specially when being put in front of management/leadership) however, it also has an "every man for himself" mentality, a lot of hidden agendas.

Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?

A lot of transparency, things are on the "honor system", which makes it very flexible with leave, WFH, personal days, etc. since they base things on work done, not on clocking in and clocking out. Some days might be slow/normal, and some days are absolute chaos. It's never the same.
