Does WSO2 drug test or do a background check?
Background checks are done on request
No drug tests but they do background checks when required.
What benefits does WSO2 provide?
Financial support for post-graduate related studies subject to company policy. Health Insurance, as per the Company Healthcare plan Out Patient Department (OPD) reimbursement of Rs. 25,000/- per annum (per individual or per family unit). Life insurance coverage for permanent employees which would include Life, Personal Accident Cover and Critical Illness Cover. Breakfast and refreshments are provided free of charge, while lunch is provided at a heavily subsidized rate. Creche available (depending on the location of office) at a heavily subsidized rate catering to children aged at least 4 months up to 2 years.

Internships are offered as 3 month and 6 month programs. The interns have direct access to the heads of the teams so they learn a great deal and very sought after as interns of WSO2

A great team player who is willing to go the extra mile. Qualifications on paper are great but that is not all that is considered to be successful on the HR team
