What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?WSO2 claims to be very "team oriented" and that we are ONE team, we are all "friends". That is true in some aspects (specially when being put in front of management/leadership) however, it also has an "every man for himself" mentality, a lot of hidden agendas.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Clear distinctions on what each team is supposed/expected to do, not add one department's responsibilities to another departments list of things to do because it just somehow needs to be done. Better training and training milestones, have a team dedicated on training new people.
