Mr. Walter C. Johnsen has been an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Acme United Corp. since January 1, 2007 and November 30, 1995 respectively. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Acme United Corp. from September 10, 1996 to January 22, 1999. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Cordset and Assembly Business of General Cable Corporation, an electrical wire and cable manufacturer. Mr. Olschan has detailed knowledge of operations and has more than 19 years as a member of senior management.
