Mr. Walter C. Johnsen has been an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Acme United Corp. since January 1, 2007 and November 30, 1995 respectively. Mr. Johnsen served as President of Acme United Corp. from November 30,1995 to December 31, 2006. He served as Vice Chairman and Principal of Marshall Products, Inc. Mr. Johnsen has in-depth knowledge of all facets and more than 20 years of service as Chief Executive Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Acme United Corp. from March 26, 1996 to June 30, 1996. Mr. Johnsen has been an Executive Director of Acme United Corp. since 1995. Mr. Johnsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Mr. Brian S. Olschan has been the President of Acme United Corp. since January 1, 2007 and has been its Chief Operating Officer since January 23, 1999 and Executive Director since 2000. Mr. Olschan served as an Executive Vice President of Acme United Corp. since January 23, 1999 until December 31, 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Acme United Corp. from September 10, 1996 to January 22, 1999. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Cordset and Assembly Business of General Cable Corporation, an electrical wire and cable manufacturer. Mr. Olschan has detailed knowledge of operations and has more than 19 years as a member of senior management.

Patrick Smeraldi serves as the Vice President of Information Technology of Acme United Corporation. Patrick started at Acme United Corporation in April of 2015. Patrick currently resides in Greater New York City Area.
