Mr. Walter C. Johnsen has been an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Acme United Corp. since January 1, 2007 and November 30, 1995 respectively. Mr. Johnsen served as President of Acme United Corp. from November 30,1995 to December 31, 2006. He served as Vice Chairman and Principal of Marshall Products, Inc. Mr. Olschan served as an Executive Vice President of Acme United Corp. since January 23, 1999 until December 31, 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Acme United Corp. from September 10, 1996 to January 22, 1999. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Cordset and Assembly Business of General Cable Corporation, an electrical wire and cable manufacturer. Mr. Olschan has detailed knowledge of operations and has more than 19 years as a member of senior management.
