Mr. Jeffrey A. Hilzinger, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Marlin Business Services Corp. since June 1, 2016. Mr. Hilzinger has more than 30 years of commercial finance experience, including substantial leadership experience in finance, operations and general corporate management. He served as Executive Vice President of Everbank Commercial Real Estate at EverBank Financial Corp. Mr. Hilzinger was responsible for a nationwide business focused on equipment finance and lender finance in the industrial equipment, healthcare, office equipment and technology markets. He served as President of Equipment & Lender Finance and an Executive Vice President of EverBank. He served as Chief Operating Officer of EverBank Commercial Finance, Inc. from 2010 to 2013 and served as its President. He co-founded Tygris Vendor Finance, Inc. in 2004 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2010. He headed up all controllership, business planning and capital markets activities at US Express Leasing. From 1979 to 2002, Mr. Hilzinger served in various regional and global leadership roles with Heller Financial, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates. At Heller Financial, Inc., he climbed the corporate ladder in the U.S. and crossed the pond to work for Heller Global Vendor Finance based in London. While in London, he led all origination activities in 20 countries across North America, Europe and Asia. He held leadership roles in Heller's leveraged finance and structured finance businesses. He later Co-founded Aternus Partners, LLC and served as its Managing Director until 2004. He has been a Director of Marlin Business Services Corp. since June 16, 2016. Mr. Hilzinger received his Bachelor's degree, with a major in Economics, from the University of Michigan in 1979.

Mr. Dietz has been a Secretary of Marlin Business Services Corp. since March 2014. He served as a Vice President of Marlin Business Services Corp. and served as its Assistant General Counsel from July 2010 to May 2011. From 2008 to 2010, he was an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the firm's Business & Finance section where he worked on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing transactions. Mr. Kamp served as Managing Director of Corporate Development and M&A and Group Head of Corporate Development and M&A at CIT Group Inc., where he managed world-wide activities related to the purchase and sale of businesses and portfolios. Mr. Kamp has more than 25 years of experience to Marlin, including extensive financial and corporate development experience. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Kamp served in various Managing Director and Senior Corporate Development Roles within CIT. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Kamp served with Citigroup Inc. where he served in various senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup's international commercial operations from 1999 to 2000, Consumer Real Estate Services from 1997 to 1999 and commercial operations and transport finance from 1993 to 1996. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for International Commercial Operations at Associates First Capital Corporation in Dallas, Texas. He served a number of other positions with Associates including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its $12 billion home equity operation and a similar position with its $10 billion transportation finance subsidiary. Before joining Associates, he was a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Kamp holds a BBA in Economics from the University of Texas in Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

In addition to his Data Analytics role, he led the development and successful launch of Funding Stream, his short term working capital loan product. She joined Crain Communications from GE Commercial Finance where she was involved in strategic business planning processes including integrating acquisitions, managing reductions in the workforce, reducing turnover and designing and implementing sales plans and recognition programs. While at the GE Commercial Finance's leasing unit Express Financial Solutions, she led a team responsible for all HR activities for the group. She has two decades experience of HR organizational, design and development and business consulting experience. She is employee at EverBank Business Property Lending, Inc. Her previous positions include Vice President, Senior Human Resources Relationship Manager of Heller Financial Inc., Human Recourses Director of Kelly Services, Inc. and Competency Management Leader of AT&T Capital. She serves as adjunct faculty at Walsh College in Troy, Mich. Ms. Anger held leadership positions in human resources AT&T Capital and GE Capital. Ms. Anger is active in both community and professional associations including serving as a member of Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. Ms. Anger holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
