Jeffrey Hilzinger
CEO / President
Mr. Jeffrey A. Hilzinger, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Marlin Business Services Corp. since June 1, 2016. Mr. Hilzinger has more than 30 years of commercial finance experience, including substantial leadership experience in finance, operations and general corporate management. He served as Executive Vice President of Everbank Commercial Real Estate at EverBank Financial Corp. Mr. Hilzinger was responsible for a nationwide business focused on equipment finance and lender finance in the industrial equipment, healthcare, office equipment and technology markets. He served as President of Equipment & Lender Finance and an Executive Vice President of EverBank. He served as Chief Operating Officer of EverBank Commercial Finance, Inc. from 2010 to 2013 and served as its President. He co-founded Tygris Vendor Finance, Inc. in 2004 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2010. He headed up all controllership, business planning and capital markets activities at US Express Leasing. From 1979 to 2002, Mr. Hilzinger served in various regional and global leadership roles with Heller Financial, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates. At Heller Financial, Inc., he climbed the corporate ladder in the U.S. and crossed the pond to work for Heller Global Vendor Finance based in London. While in London, he led all origination activities in 20 countries across North America, Europe and Asia. He held leadership roles in Heller's leveraged finance and structured finance businesses. He later Co-founded Aternus Partners, LLC and served as its Managing Director until 2004. He has been a Director of Marlin Business Services Corp. since June 16, 2016. Mr. Hilzinger received his Bachelor's degree, with a major in Economics, from the University of Michigan in 1979.
Louis Maslowe
Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President
Mr. Louis E. Maslowe, also known as Lou, has been Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President at Marlin Business Services Corp. since January 10, 2017. Mr. Maslowe has an extensive background in commercial finance with over 30 years of credit experience. Prior to joining Marlin, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the Americas for DLL, a global provider of asset-based financial solutions and a wholly owned subsidiary of Rabobank Group. In his role at DLL, he was responsible for all credit adjudication, enterprise risk management and credit scorecard management for the Americas. Previously, he held senior leadership positions in credit and risk management with several other leading bank owned, independent and captive leasing companies.
Edward Ralph Dietz Jr.
Senior Vice President of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Edward Ralph Dietz, Jr., also known as Ed, has been General Counsel of Marlin Business Services Corp. since May 25, 2011 and has been its Senior Vice President of Administration since November 2013. Mr. Dietz has been a Secretary of Marlin Business Services Corp. since March 2014. He served as a Vice President of Marlin Business Services Corp. and served as its Assistant General Counsel from July 2010 to May 2011. From 2008 to 2010, he was an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the firm's Business & Finance section where he worked on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing transactions. From 2004 to 2008, he was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm's Business Law Department where he worked on a variety of corporate transactions, including financings, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. From 2001 to 2004, he attended law school. From 1997 to 2001, he worked in the group benefits industry. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Gettysburg College and a Law Degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mark Scardigli has been Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Marlin Business Services Corp. since April 12, 2017 and October 13, 2017 respectively. Mr. Scardigli served as First Vice President of Sales at Marlin Business Services Corp. until April 12, 2017.
W. Taylor Kamp Jr.
Senior VP & CFO
Mr. William Taylor Kamp, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Marlin Business Services Corp. since August 4, 2015. Mr. Kamp serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning at Tyco Capital, formerly CIT. Mr. Kamp served as Managing Director of Corporate Development and M&A and Group Head of Corporate Development and M&A at CIT Group Inc., where he managed world-wide activities related to the purchase and sale of businesses and portfolios. Mr. Kamp has more than 25 years of experience to Marlin, including extensive financial and corporate development experience. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Kamp served in various Managing Director and Senior Corporate Development Roles within CIT. From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Kamp served with Citigroup Inc. where he served in various senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup's international commercial operations from 1999 to 2000, Consumer Real Estate Services from 1997 to 1999 and commercial operations and transport finance from 1993 to 1996. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for International Commercial Operations at Associates First Capital Corporation in Dallas, Texas. He served a number of other positions with Associates including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its $12 billion home equity operation and a similar position with its $10 billion transportation finance subsidiary. Before joining Associates, he was a Financial Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Kamp holds a BBA in Economics from the University of Texas in Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Aswin Rajappa
Chief Marketing Officer & Senior VP
Mr. Aswin Rajappa has been Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Marlin Business Services Corp. since September 05, 2017. Mr. Rajappa is responsible for managing all of Marlins marketing activities across all of its businesses. Mr. Rajappa has over 20 years of experience, much of it focused on digital marketing in the consumer and commercial finance industries. He served as Vice President of Digital and Product Management at CAN Capital. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Analytics at Lendkey Technologies. Before Lendkey, Mr. Rajappa spent over 15 years in various marketing leadership positions with Capital One and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States, Canada and India. His extensive experience, particularly in the areas of big data analytics, digital marketing and digital transformation. He has the ideal background to lead Marlins marketing function into the future.
Daniel Castellini
Senior Vice President
Mr. Daniel Castellini, also known as Dan, has been Senior Vice President of Marlin Business Services Corp. since May 8, 2017. In recent years, Mr. Castellini has led a Data Analytics team that has developed and implemented proprietary credit scorecards with auto decision technology, significantly improving efficiency and application turnaround times. In addition to his Data Analytics role, he led the development and successful launch of Funding Stream, his short term working capital loan product. With Dan's combination of technical skills and product development experience, he is uniquely qualified to lead Marlin's analytics and product management functions. He joined Marlin in 2004 as a Risk Analyst and advanced rapidly in the organization, with his most recent promotion in 2016 to First Vice President. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Cedarville University and a master's degree in finance and strategic management from Rutgers University.

Laura C. Anger
Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior VP
Ms. Laura C. Anger has been Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Marlin Business Services Corp. since July 11, 2017 and is responsible for managing its human resource activities across all of Marlin's businesses. Ms. Anger has a broad background in human resources with over 30 years of experience, much of it in the commercial finance and banking industries. Ms. Anger has been an Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Flagstar Bank since November 2011. She led the human resources department for the North American Connected Car unit of Harman International, a Samsung company. She served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Flagstar Bank, FSB since January 2012. She served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. Ms. Anger served as Vice President of Human Resources of Crain Communications since May 2005. She was responsible for the planning and implementation of human resources strategies for all Crain Communications' offices worldwide. She joined Crain Communications from GE Commercial Finance where she was involved in strategic business planning processes including integrating acquisitions, managing reductions in the workforce, reducing turnover and designing and implementing sales plans and recognition programs. While at the GE Commercial Finance's leasing unit Express Financial Solutions, she led a team responsible for all HR activities for the group. She has two decades experience of HR organizational, design and development and business consulting experience. She is employee at EverBank Business Property Lending, Inc. Her previous positions include Vice President, Senior Human Resources Relationship Manager of Heller Financial Inc., Human Recourses Director of Kelly Services, Inc. and Competency Management Leader of AT&T Capital. She serves as adjunct faculty at Walsh College in Troy, Mich. Ms. Anger held leadership positions in human resources AT&T Capital and GE Capital. Ms. Anger is active in both community and professional associations including serving as a member of Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. Ms. Anger holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
