St. Mary Medical Center – They couldnt locate my relative who was a patient. We couldnt find him at home. Turns out he wascstill in ER and they had us on hold for almost 10 minutes and the call was hung up. When we called back to ER the woman was rude and said she'd take a message. Still trying to find out status.
