What do you like best about the leadership team?
they care about the company
they are honest and have the welfare of the patients and employees both in the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communicating the important information to the bottom of the food chain
Communication, and showing appreciation to workers
Stop sweating the small stuff, like drinks in the hallway

it helps to ease the mind about retirement
fairly reasonable compared to other employer health plans
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Id like to be paid what the market analysis shows for comparable years of experience
there is not enough nursing staff and nurses wages are not comparable with other area hospitals
Can't raise a family on minimum wage
Underpaid staffed, typical heathcare complaints.
What are some of the best things about your team?
always willing to help another nurse
it always strives to better the workplace. and patient care
All the people in my office are awesome
friendly and willing to help

Be more reliable and responsible. Take job more seriously
Stop being lazy and use teamwork

employees are always friendly and helpful
stressful right now due to the new system
upbeat and love the people we work with

Everyone needs to have a more positive attitude

the manager and director were very easy to talk to and it didn't feel like it was an interview
straight forward questions and honest approach
