Being respectful to all customers. They love a person who is very well mannered, especially from a young person. And be very engaging with them. For the moment you are with them taking their order and waiting to give them their food talk to them as if they are apart of your life for 2 minutes. I AM TELLING YOU THEY LOVE EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS!
