What do you like best about the leadership team?

The training team that came in was very bright and happy and easy to learn from
very much good environment to work
Most of them are really nice and funny. Most of if respectful to the customers!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication . At least not to disrespect the team
Be friendly with employees when they need day off then they can give that day beacuse its important for someone otherwise everyone needs work

Hiring enough people to do the work. Not try to get the work of 3 people from 1. Treating workers as humans. Payrate should be little above the minimun wage rate
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and insurance is the best
very nice compensation pacakage provided
nothing but all i did was flip burgers. honestly i was suprised i got paid as much as i did
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't cover health insurance and don't pay enough to employees that they can cover by themselves

Theyre bilingual and really speedy
they all very supportive and frindly
Co workers are helpful. They have soft corner for person working alone at night
no one comes to work angry or bitter. we all get along

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only positive thing at my workplace is interacting wd customers
it's always about quality and what we can do to improve- not about quantity and how fast we can be, though we do try to be quick,
the people i worked with made the job amazing

The really check your whole personality
very thorough and positive, asked simple concise questions and got straight to their points
It was fast interview process.
she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. while the second interview was far more formal and nerve racking, it was still easy going and a far more relaxed experience than interviews nearly anywhere else i've been.
i got hired right away

Leaving hours makes me happy
My happy nice customers. As I only work nights and alone so I hv same customers from last 2 years

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Normally there are alot of backed up orders in rushes and food getting handed out to the wrong people during rushes or when there are trainees. Trainees arent as monitered as they should be during when they first start.
Needs better management structure and leaders who are old enough to run a business
New management not let family work there
