He's a nice enough guy, but could try a little harder to show support and enthusiasm on a more granular scale, ie have a more regular check-in with individual product teams; show some interest, offer feedback.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Amplify?
I do the job of 5-6 people yet I'm paid like an average worker. I am routinely denied coverage on my insurance for basic things.
