Honest communication. Parroting buzzwords and acronyms is just a sign of insincerity and unoriginal thought. Also, spending. It's one thing to be frugal, it's another thing to always look for the cheapest way to do things.

What can this brand most improve?

The company I worked for uses AON / Albright to refund our medical expenses not covered by insurance. I find filing or processing the Claim very difficult. I send my Claim via computer. once I complete the claim the refund is very prompt.
