Diversity is emphasized as a strength and everyone is invited to add their voice to the conversation

The employee resource groups are great

Everyone at the company is very welcoming

Everyone have specifics and focus rolls

Very united front with everyone I talk with. Very positive talk and support from everyone. A lot of connections world wide. Meetings that allow me to be heard. They allow flexibility for so many working from home with families. They offer fun events that bring people together online from all over.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A culture of truly caring for our colleagues rather than those at the top caring for themselves and what they could get paid.
