they will underpay and overwork you

The pipeline to being an intern to now full-time has been the best experience. People actually want to show up to work and are comfortable in their environment daily.

Great people and company. Good culture and high service level.

Aon promotes people to manager positions who have no business being managers. They may be good individual contributors but they know nothing about how to manage. There is no work/life balance. Aon outsources benefits to Alight, which is terrible and Corporate H.R. serves no purpose.

They are passionate about what they do and creates an inclusive environment.

If i had a fair compensation. I would typically pass the annual reviews and would only get the standard 3% raise. Again, my manager probably had a say in this as well. He did not advocate for me
