The pay is way too low, and I feel overworked and severely underpaid. The pay is barely above minimum wage and may be even below minimum wage soon. There are no benefits either.

The pay is atrocious and inconsistent across the board. Some raters make nearly twice as much as others and there is NO opportunity to ever increase your pay regardless of time or quality of work.
