What can this brand most improve?

Fraud investigatuon procedures, poor interdepartmental communication, customer service and outright lie in documentation ( Nathan in Customer Service)

This is the best company I have worked at. Great pay, benefits and people. The onboarding is amazing and everyone just wants you to be successful. If you are willing to put the work into them, they will reward you.
