An amazing place to work! "Transparency", "Challenging status quo" and "growth mindset" are part of corporate language and practiced consistently by employees. All employees and contractors are respected regardless of gender, race or educational background, and true merit is recognized!

Your valuable until your not. Advancement opportunity is lacking. Systems outdated and consistent issues that are never resolved..

They do not support you in the position. The company is changing and they have a chew em up type mentality now. Once we're good, they are an embarrassment the last 6 months. At one time less pay was offset by a positive work environment, now both are sub par.

The executive team gives employees a lot of independence and scope to innovate, and several leaders who believe that "people matter".

They are accessible. 5 months in and I have already spoken and had meetings with many of them. They want to be visible and don't hide from their colleagues.

This is the first time I have made not only a livable wage at a job...but significantly above that. They truly pay me for my talents.

Pay is not equal to the industry. Company recently cut everyone's pension in half to raise the starting wage. Don't believe the largest merit raise hype, the employees lost out. Its a okay on words.

You are supported and respected. They understand you have a life outside of work and want you to be able to leave work at work each night.

The questions were mostly situational, and were not standard. I liked how transparent my Boss was during the interview about where they were, and where they wanted to go in the future. I felt an instant connect with his leadership style and chose this over a higher paying job

They were very clear about next steps and never left me hanging. They were very transparent about wages and job expectations.
