I love working at BCD. During Covid I have felt that BCD was looking out for me and my co-workers and really cared about the tough decisions they have had to make.

They give the image of "low ego, high impact". Obviously, financial targets and shareholders interests are a focus but this company seems to be lead by human values. with a few exceptions, the C-Suite seems to be driven by doing "the right thing".

They have not only created a company culture whereby we are truly like a family, but they have also been able to sustain that feeling throughout 2020 during the worst of the pandemic with all of the tough decisions that had to be made. The transparency of leadership is admirable.
