I've been promoted 3 times in my 9 years' of employment. They treat their employees well, provide a generous PTO package and actually promote taking time off, and provide annual increases. Great company to work for.

I work in an extremely difficult industry, with lots of regulations and oversight. however, I think Bellin is by far the best healthcare system in our region. I am proud they are locally run and operated and are a leader in health care and health care innovation

Great coworkers, leadership is so/so, they do not follow through on the issues. Upper management needs to get involved.
