What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive of work/life balance
Very strategic and transparent about goals
They're down to earth, and willing to listen to your feedback (no matter your role in the company).
They are dominated by women and have a strong vision for the company and the future of health care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing support during busy times, promoting a positive work environment, work to improve employee retention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Preventative care, urgent care, physical therapy, and more is all covered 100%.
I now get health insurance that lets me see my primary doctor and physical therapy for free, for any visit
I do not qualify for benefits. The hospital gift program is nice but not very generous.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all stress together as a team
Non judgmental, welcoming, always willing to step in and help when needed.
Our team gets along really well. everyone is happy to help each other out and I look forward to going to work. they are a true family
Work well as a team, step in when needed. Work great in emergency situations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings about meeting need to be directed witj actionable follow up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together for one common goal, taking care of the patients. We know it takes all kinds and all roles to get there, there is no hierarchy.
Our team comes together day in and day out to help our patients.
