Based upon the market benchmarking and peer evaluation from other companies I am getting 28% underpaid which is a huge gap. There is no career succession planning or even a discussion. The new hires are getting paid 15 to 20% higher and there is no revision for us

Not every role is directly linked to customer satisfaction/sales. I wouldn't say this is making one's role/performance undervalued, but more of the fact where indirect roles/departments also need to be recognised/rewarded to drive motivated workforce.

Spending time at Betterworks, makes me feel like there should be some market adjustment about compensation. We all know that the market has changed drastically in the past year. Things have got expensive in general and compensations should to be adjusted accordingly with the market.

They should provide equal salaries to all the employees. I mean the same level of experience and at the same level and doing the same job but getting different salaries so it should not be there.
