The RSU plan is amazing. I took a small pay cut which was tough the first year but once my RSUs started to vest, my total compensation is almost 30% higher than prior to Broadcom.

I love that we work together to cover for each other at any time. We all have flexible hours and can take off for anything that we need, because we are all very willing to step in when necessary.
