Total compensation is good. But not Salary or transparency
Restricted stock options (both quantity and vesting schedule)
Massive RSU grant vested quarterly
Bonus & stock are better than anyplace I’ve heard

I'd like a better base pay.

Benefits and holiday pay and comp time like an adult deserves
i think other big companies pay more. Even though Symantec used to pay the same there were more benefits and Symantec used to notoriously underpay

Improve likeability, technical acumen, humility in conxeding they know very little about AI

Work from office, after logout enjoy your free time.

Work life balance is needed
Change top management mentality especially division vp
Broadcom culture is noticeably absent

Focus, service, longevity. Good engagement
Non repetitive work. Constantly learning environment
