I like my Branch Director and Regional Director they are always clear on what they expect from us as a team and will assist at anytime needed.

The best part is my PTO , although I wish it would not be capped at 20 days. Being able to participate in the Healthy Steps Wellness Program is also a plus so that I may continue to get a better rate on my Health Insurance.

What makes me happy about work is my job. I am able to talk w/ the clients & staff by providing the first voice/face they hear/see. I get to continually help others wheather, client or staff and that's what makes me most happy, those small things will help make the difference in someones workload.

The most positive thing about the culture and enviroment is that we know are making an impact to our clients. We strive to have good attitude and to flow that over into phone calls and in person visits w/ staff and clients w/ appreciation. We are excited to be able to help those in the community.

The best things about my team are that I am familiar w/ each one of them. We are able to be personable and joke w/ one another. No matter what at the end of the day, we are a team! We are always there to assist one another and don't think twice abut jumping in to help.
