Being more personable...no clue who they even are
They need to familiarize themselves with the process of day to day workflow, HCHB, and other general processes to ensure that they can act as educated resources for staff support. Our ED and AD have no idea how to utilize HCHB, much less know how to assist with workflow to aide CMs and field staff.

I don't believe this company treats all employees as equals. I think that it is wrong for some employees to be able to work remote while others have to stay in office 24/7. I think the management doesn't take into consideration all employees and we get treated as if we do not have things going on.
Listen to employee when something is brought to your attention regarding management and how things are broken at the branches. Don't just sweep them under the rug

Everything. The leadership team truly needs to be replaced because they are not leaders. Leaders do not have group shaming sessions where they openly disrespect team members. Leaders do not speak ill of others in front of team members. Leaders do not hold personal grudges against team members. Etc.
Not coming up with excuses for problems. Getting us better benefits. Hiring the appropriate staff in all areas of our company. Having realistic goals for sales reps.
