What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keep employees and patients at the forefront
We have an amazing management team!
They give active support and communication
I mostly appreciate that our leadership team is approachable and realistic. They are easy to talk to and will work with you toward a solution.

Being more personable...no clue who they even are
What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair wages and good 401K match
The 401k Savings Account is a great benefit to my family!
I get paid for my work fairly and benefits are decent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the overall economy is suffering, and wages have not been adjusted to reflect the exponential cost of living over the past 3-5 years.
I think every single person at every level being the highest is being under paid! I have done comparisons. As well as the bonus insensitive being hard to get to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family!
The willingness to assist when help is needed.
Easy to talk to and the best team mates!
We work well together to get solutions. Patient care is always a priority, and we always collaborate on solutions to benefit the patient and the company.
They want to be successful and want others to, also.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like communicating through email is impersonal and certain people could use teams more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not extremely high stressed many times.
Having the support I need to complete my work.
We are all patient centered and driven to provide the best care possible.
We are family oriented and team driven
