My pay is under the median amount listed in WorkDay. I also notice that on the schedule of roles (ex: P1,P2,P3) it describes mine as having a low level of responsibility, but I don't feel like I have a low level of responsibility.

Compensation and benefits compared to other companies that are full remote is poor. Companies have provided "remote perks" such as annual stipends to improve the home office and other things.

I don't feel that it's done on purpose but I do feel like I am not considered like other people would be. My onboarding was chaotic, no one remembered my checkrversary , not clear on development. I have been in the office all pandemic as an FTE but no commuter or lunch benefits.

My comensation is currently below the median range for what I should be making at my level and location (reflected on Workday). I would hope for this to be updated.

I'm on the low end of the compensation range from a salary perspective, but also feel that my level (Director) is also inadequately comp'd from an RSU allotment as well.

Based on the market rate for my role, I am not within 25k of the minimum band. In comparison to others at Checkr. compensation is not consistent department by department. Older Checkrs dont feel valued based on new hires coming in
