My pay is under the median amount listed in WorkDay. I also notice that on the schedule of roles (ex: P1,P2,P3) it describes mine as having a low level of responsibility, but I don't feel like I have a low level of responsibility.

Our team dynamic is very healthy. Everyone knows their role, what they should be doing and what a successful contribution looks like. Expectations are set very clearly.

#ownership #Grit would be the two things co-worker can do to work better with. Having accountability and ownership of their work is key, the culture that is forming now is "oh not my problem anymore" or "i wont critically think about this, just ask john doe cause he should know"

We try to do way too many things so our focus is split, everyone is drowning, and there's tons of burn out. People aren't given ownership so we spend way too much time in meetings building consensus. Often the most powerful person in the room is the one driving the conversation.
