Very positive. I thoroughly enjoy being here. I don't want to work anywhere else. I believe there's room for improvement on my comp but this will come with time. Overall, very happy at Checkr and I'm excited about my work and my employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and belonging are the biggest. We're big on diversity and we don't plan on changing that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with people across all the various departments. I love getting to know lots of people across the org.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team dynamic is very healthy. Everyone knows their role, what they should be doing and what a successful contribution looks like. Expectations are set very clearly.
