What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't been here long enough to comment. I'd say steady salary increases but I'd also like see bonus potential.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beyond the fair chance mission, in our core business we care about changing the way that society judges people for past mistakes. Internally, if someone tries to overlook that initiative, they won't get far without everyone else flagging it. Checkr's golden rule - Be a good person.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love finishing a project and having it make an impact. Watching people adopt what you have created internally and then having it have a positive impact on customers makes me happy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We try to do way too many things so our focus is split, everyone is drowning, and there's tons of burn out. People aren't given ownership so we spend way too much time in meetings building consensus. Often the most powerful person in the room is the one driving the conversation.
