What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of transparency is something I haven't seen before at previous orgs. Goals are clearly laid out, and it's clear they want everyone involved. It's amazing how much they ensure we're happy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp is competitive, but all the additional little things really make a difference. Gym & commuter benefits, lunch and dinner served in the office, etc

I don't feel like we do the best job recognizing and appreciating employees. I don't feel there are many opportunities to grow or promotions for a job well done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're extremely diverse and just good-hearted. We work hard and celebrate our successes. I feel comfortable in stressful situations, as well as hanging out with my peers after work.

I think we do a great job of hiring individuals who are positive and embrace the good and bad and try to find a way to spin it in a positive light. Our entire organization knows the importance of being positive and the impact it can have on individuals and the company as a whole if we don't.

I truly love my customers but I consistently feel supported by my peers. It's just a great environment to work in and I love coming to work every day.
