Being part of a growing company is fun, it is rewarding to see pieces move forward into a large whole to make BGC better, and to be part of some of those pieces. It isn't a perfect process, there are pain points. Organization and software debt has some work in progress to scale effectively

The pay is good, having flexible time off when needed is very useful.

passionate about mission. closer to our team, they are driven to solve process and coordination problems

Getting something done each day; especially when I see the impact it has, large or small
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This might vary, a lot of people seem approachable, even on slack and in video calls. People seem friendly here. Also the people are curious about improving things in general.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They listen. I feel heard. We identify and coordinate through challenges together. We plan solutions together in a way where we all see a way through those challenges. We are able to do this as a team, which makes it a bit fun.
