managers were AWFUL in every way

I previously was employeed at the Chicken Salad Chick Bryan Tx location and I believe that it is important for the public to be informed that the management there is prodigiously substandard. Employees are perpetually being micromanaged and treated poorly.Chicken Salad Chick needs new management.

I think its a great job and can be easy. But it does not pay enough to get more people started working here. I think if it were to have competetive pay at the least there would be plenty of people wanting to work here.

1. Put an end to their micromanagement: Micromanaging is never okay and is just toxic. It undermines employee autonomy and creates a unhealthy work environement. I feel like this should be common knowledge. 2. Better their Professionalism: Cussing at employees is NEVER okay.

The majority of my coworkers are really kind and helpful! They are the only thing that makes going to work at Chicken Salad chick actually bareable. Management is the onyl problem here.

Communication from franchise employees should be easier through the corporate office. I was unable to file a conplaint, get my paystubs or w-2s through corporate bc the franchise would not provide them to me and refuses to retuen my calls.
