The leadership team is fine (if you mean shift leads). We all trained with each other when the store first opened so we get along well. Now I wouldn't say they lead exactly but great coworkers overall.

1. Put an end to their micromanagement: Micromanaging is never okay and is just toxic. It undermines employee autonomy and creates a unhealthy work environement. I feel like this should be common knowledge. 2. Better their Professionalism: Cussing at employees is NEVER okay.

The Chick only cares about survey numbers and not actual employees. The pay is 13 plus tip we split wirh BOH, we were told we would make about 18 or more an hour consistently but we really average minimum wage 15 and hour. The job is mentally exhausting so i would say the base pay should be uped.

I am crosstrained and I been there for over 90 days and still making 10.00 an hour
I get along with everyone in my team and they are overall nice people. We all can talk about and agree how much our store owner and management sucks

The majority of my coworkers are really kind and helpful! They are the only thing that makes going to work at Chicken Salad chick actually bareable. Management is the onyl problem here.
They listen to what I ask for, or tell them to do. I love working as a team when we all know what we are doing.

We are always busy. The environment is hostile.
That the staff members are like family
Communication from franchise employees should be easier through the corporate office. I was unable to file a conplaint, get my paystubs or w-2s through corporate bc the franchise would not provide them to me and refuses to retuen my calls.
Different management, people that know how to manage their teams

How honest the assistant manager was.
it was quick and easy but the manager lost the paperwork

Managerment needs to take some type of ethics training and learn effective communication and social skills
The relationship between management and employees is very unprofessional, negative, and impacts my daily functions at work for the few hours I am on the clock. I feel there is discrimination within the workplace which is a huge issue.
