What makes you most happy at work?
Well working at chicken salad nothing because management was always ugly towards me but i would say going home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well the way managers handle situations was unprofessional and the fact that they treated me with so much disrespect
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not much , I would say more honesty on mangement part . Like dont lie to people about the work environment and dont pretend to be nice when you arent
