Chicken Salad Chick Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They provide good advice for work in the real world.

It is a fair leadership

The communication is fantastic as well as the teamwork

They are always there when you need them

The leadership team is always willing to listen and help however they can.

I think my team works very well together and treat eachother well except one or two employees.

what I like best is that we can all work together and all get along

Good just swollen knee and ankle offered me a chair to sit and work then my husband took me to urgent care for my ankle now im resting till monday

They don't stand around barking orders, they are shoulder to shoulder with you

My leadership team responds quickly to my questions, and always make me feel valued and appreciated.

they are cool, they get on my nerves but overall cool

Always pumping everyone up and acknowledging our work.

Tough but fair attitude and a great attention to detail. Pushes staff to meeting company policies well

Very understanding and straight forward

They are very helpful and kind

Communication is definitely the best part

I only appreciate the management specifically at my store, who try to advocate for better and more equal pay for front and back of house staff to the franchise owners.

Spme of them are friendly others are not

Great and very friendly place

Review from Customer Success Dept

very organized and helpful when askes

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

1. Put an end to their micromanagement: Micromanaging is never okay and is just toxic. It undermines employee autonomy and creates a unhealthy work environement. I feel like this should be common knowledge. 2. Better their Professionalism: Cussing at employees is NEVER okay.

Better pay, communication and better management

Learn to properly and effectively communicate without coming off as disrespectful and rude

Everything, they need to completely revamp the entire establishment

No favorites, no racial slurs,no lying, actually doing their job, not brushing us employees off when asking for training. Not promise raises then not give it away

Running things effectivley and their attitude

Training and professionalism and communication for the day/week on what we exactly have to do, and also making sure that other employees respect other employees

Separating work and home life

Comminication, team work, personality, leadership

Review from Customer Success Dept

participating with team members, being more kind and respectful

doing their job not sitting the whole yime

Leadership needs to listen to their people rather than disregard their concerns. In ignoring issues the health, safety and general quality of the service, employees and practices has gone down. Placing importance on teamwork extends beyond hourly employment.

Telling the employees the truth

Management at CSC franchises is very poor while Corporate stores are much more invested in their management teams. The management teams need to develop better leadership skills at the franchises. From what I've seen at the stores, it's the blind leading the blind.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Communication, transparency, and inclusiveness are just the tip of the iceberg

Making sure everyone is doing their job like they are suppose to

Taking care of their employees

Managing the store ..sloppy management

Being FAIR AND EQUAL with their workers

they need to have better communication skills
