Clarkson Eyecare – Customer service is aweful. They sold me glasses that can not be adjusted properly and I look through the clear frame not the lense. Instead of offering me a differant frame that would allow me to see through the lense, all they are interested in is charging me a fee instead of correcting glasses.

I thought it was great I received a promotion was told I'm going to be assest worked at the family owned office for three years when Clarkson eyecare took over and it went downhill fast. Lost a lot of patients, billing issues that office staff had to fix etc poor corporate management

What can this brand most improve?

Customer service and deliver what is ordered. I bought Crizal lenses and and they did not deliver the certificate of authenticity and did not honor the warranty. They charged 10% of $609 and then delivered non Crizal lenses. Very poor customer service, bordering on theft by deception.
