Its like being in highschool sgain, managers talk to other employees about other employees, you report anything or say anything negative about the managers or their favorites your met woth retaliation not only from managers but from the other employees.

I thought it was great I received a promotion was told I'm going to be assest worked at the family owned office for three years when Clarkson eyecare took over and it went downhill fast. Lost a lot of patients, billing issues that office staff had to fix etc poor corporate management

Professionalism and communication and honesty which is hard to find in this company

Policy and protocol. There is no written document for anything. Training is poor and quick. Procedure are always changing. To much work for office ends and no work coming from the top

Need job I am honest man

The DM constantly tries to add on responsibilities with no incentives then taunts you for turning things down

I was unlawfully fired due to absences that were 95 percent excused. No written warning and was fired on the phone on my day off without consulting my actual work office manager or team

The pay is fair. The benefits package is lacking.

To be certified and have the right training to give patients the best experience.

During my interview the DM was not attentive and was very rude by being on the phone for the first 5 minutes of my interview.
