Professionalism and communication and honesty which is hard to find in this company
Policy and protocol. There is no written document for anything. Training is poor and quick. Procedure are always changing. To much work for office ends and no work coming from the top
The DM constantly tries to add on responsibilities with no incentives then taunts you for turning things down
I was unlawfully fired due to absences that were 95 percent excused. No written warning and was fired on the phone on my day off without consulting my actual work office manager or team
The pay is fair. The benefits package is lacking.

During my interview the DM was not attentive and was very rude by being on the phone for the first 5 minutes of my interview.
They call center doesn't know the laws or insurance for each state which results in horrible experience for our patients
